I had a phone interview with the HR from their DC office. Didn't hear back after that. But when I emailed to follow-up, they said they are looking for other candidates. They canceled the Skype interview. I expected them to atleast inform me before.

Phone screener- You may have to lead, don't get awkward- just practice structuring your resume in an easy to explain and remember way. Phone interview with senior project manager, Offer review- Easy process for interns, well explained and streamlined. Everyone at the company is very chill. Just relax and answer with confidence, and a desire to be there and you'll be fine.
