Very positive; interviewers were laid back and conversational; felt at ease; interviewers were mostly interested in my background and who I was as an individual, rather than asking generic "interview questions"

Online written task on press release and social media post drafting. Can finish it in one hour. After that will be in person interview with managers. Interview questions are easy and casual.

Only did the first round which was a phone screening. Recruiter didn't seem that engaged and sounded like they were in a rush to get off the phone. Communication via email is quick though, and they're transparent about the process and updates so that's a plus.
