Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Edelman (Jakarta) em dez. de 2010
Entrevista
I sent my CV to one of the managers. Within 3 weeks the HR team contacted me and arranged for a test and interview. It was conducted on the same day in December 2010, and the ones interviewed me was my future supervisor and manager. Within days I was called for another interview by HR team, and also negotiated my salary. After we made a deal, I had 1 month notice from my previous office. I entered the company in February 2011.
Overall impression, the office has professional look, albeit several employees' desk are pretty "messy" or loaded with documents. The employees look neat with stylish outfit. But lately some employees I know opt for more casual dress code with jeans and T shirt (digital and creative team members).
The work culture was initially impressive, with proper inductions to initiate new employees, but after a while it seems that as a whole, the team I worked with actually lack some strong discipline and punctuality in terms of submitting work.

The interview process was straightforward. I had an initial call with an in-house recruiter. She scheduled me for two hours of back-to-back 30 min interviews the following week. I met with 4 people who mostly asked me the same questions, so it was a bit tiresome by the end of the 2 hours. I should mention that the hiring manager came off as condescending and I could tell he was messaging/emailing during our conversation. One of the interviewers told me that one of the head honchos over there uses the motto that being overworked is a "privilege." Honestly that sounds scary. I did not get an offer, and I was ok with that after meeting with these people.
He tenido varias entrevistas, incluyendo una con cliente. También tuve una presentación de una caso y prueba de personalidad. El proceso ha ido fluyendo, con oportunidad de hacer preguntas al empleador
