The interview process was quick but straightforward. I had about 3 interviews and all asked relevant questions as well as further explained the role. They did a great job showing “the Edelman way”

What are your weaknesses and how do you over come then?
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.

went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half

Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
