HR reached out to me, we had a conversation and decided to move forward with the interview process. I thought it was very weird they didn't ask for my resume as I did not apply but kept moving on in the process. I met with two people, who were kind but did not seem interested in me as a candidate. The first was not prepared at all and was looking up questions to ask while I was on the call. The second really seem to care about their LinkedIn following. They thought I was great but wound up going with another candidate and did not provide any genuine feedback, which really sucks when you put in a lot of time and effort for the interview.

Very smooth, the recruiter kept in touch with me and let me know exactly what to expect in the interview. I really appreciated that, especially when it's very easy to ghost a candidate
