I met with the Creative team for an interview as a Coordinator. I was really put off by the lack of organization and professionalism. I felt like they didn't know why I was interviewing. As I am giving my spiel about my background, everyone just looked puzzled, not knowing what to do next. I got the impression that this was a new team, but I was just turned off by the lack of information. No one could answer my questions. Not the best experience.
