interview is going on a month long process. You will have 3 rounds of interviews. One being the HR manager and the other two with other members of the company. The last two interviews sare basiclayy asking you the same questions. Now I can see why this is taking so long. You will have one round of interviews asking questions from a sheet of paper that sounds like something that came from google. Then you will have a second round of the same questions 2-3 weeks later. I think they do this to see consistency. Then you either will be offered or not. This can also take weeks. I cant see why anyone would wait weeks to get hired by any company. You are letting good people slip through the cracks.
