First I received a call from the HR lady. After that there was a phone interview with an engineer at the company. He asked pretty standard stuff like what did you do at Company X and what projects I worked on. Later I was called for an in person interview at their head quarters. I was done in about 3 hours.
The recruiter contacted me first. After two weeks, a phone interview was scheduled. On that day, nothing happened. Eventually another phone interview was set up. Somehow the interviewer was very prejudiced against me. He had all the assumptions even though we don't know each other.
