Went through an initial phone interview which was very straight forward. Spoke with an HR rep and working consultant, however it would be equally likely for you to speak with a principal. Mainly behaviorial questions were asked but they were very interested to know my research experience. They really appreciated questions that expressed interest in their company. The onsite interview was about 2 hours long and conducted in a similar fashion but I spoke in detail about my research to the different interviewers.

Recruiter reached out by email and had a phone call afterwards. Asked Basic questions. Promised to follow up with with an email to schedule the next interview. Never did and stopped responding to my emails.
