Entrevista
The process included a series of phone and in person interviews. I was looking forward to learning about this company but was unimpressed with the interviewers. They were unprepared and wasted my time. One of the interviewers even made a couple of insulting remarks about my resume and background. I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior and quickly realized how much I appreciated my employer. People may not mesh, but there is never ANY excuse to insult a stranger who is interested in your company.
Everyone was friendly. There was some disorganization with the scheduling of panel interviews. Multiple interviews with lots of departments, but some of the interviews felt more like just a fit interview, rather than in depth questions.

5 to 7 interview process with multiple teams so questions, dates, and type of interviews were different. Screening, phone, and web interviews were performed. Different groups to make sure the fit was right.
