Standardized. It has been a long time since I interviewed at the site, so I am unsure of what their interview process is like now. I assume that it still has a standard two interviewers, with basic questions that they ask all of their potential employees.

It took only a day and was overall an easy and clear process. Organized over email and easy to prepare for. There were numerous questions typical of teaching, about philosophy, pedagogy and so forth.
