Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Edmonton Public Library (Edmonton, AB) em abr. de 2016
Entrevista
After applying online, I was contacted to set up an interview date at the downtown branch. During the interview I was asked a number of experiential and personality questions. I was asked to provide a curriculum or lesson plan that I had used in the past. After the interview I received a phone call to explain that another candidate had been selected and to provide feedback and information about other opportunities.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Edmonton Public Library (Edmonton, AB).
Entrevista
I was told before going into the interview to provide a sample program plan for either a half-hour or an hour. Two interviewers had a paper with their questions written on it, which they took turns asking. They wrote my answers down, or notes based on them. Both interviewers were extremely professional and didn't show much emotion, which can be nerve-wracking. Later they told me that the system they use is that they give you a mark out of a certain amount for your answer to each question, then hire based on how people scored overall. This didn't seem to imply that there was a 'correct' answer to any question, however.
