My interview experience with EduEdge was super positive. There were 3 rounds: first a phone call, then a Zoom interview and finally a panel interview.
I was kinda anxious during the interview but the interviewers were really nice and encouraging the whole time. They took the time to understand my tutoring background and shared all the training and development opportunities available, which was awesome.
One interesting part of the interview was the 10-minute teaching demo. I got to pick between a Narrative or Expository essay topic and was given 30 mins to prep a mini-lesson. The feedback I got after was super helpful and made me even more pumped for the role!

Had to fill out a hardcopy of a long-winded application form with all sorts of details already found on my resume, or information that doesn't matter at that point in time. Had to do an English test in person too. Following that, got shocked with an impromptu lesson to be given; they did not inform me about this prior to the interview. Interviewers were friendly enough, but I got ghosted ultimately.
