Entrevista
Very disrespectful and sexist interview process. Avoid at all costs. I was treated very poorly and left hanging for an hour before being approached for the second round, during which it was clear they had not read my qualifications or taken the time to listen to my presentation.

Completed a group demo lesson and then waited for an interview which was around 30 minutes. With the demo lesson, everyone was supportive and we could use the materials in the room.

There was a group information session and then each candidate did a brief demonstration lesson. After these, we were all given information sheets to fill out. Some candidates were retained for additional individual interviews. Up until this point, I found the experience to be pleasant and professional. I found my individual interviewer to be condescending and stifling to actual discussion; he preferred to talk rather than listen. When he was done with questions, there was a brief and easy aural skills test. I found the overall experience professional and positive, however my experience in the individual interview was overwhelmingly negative.
