ETM had me prep a 5 minute interview that I would perform in front of other music teachers. Instead I led the lesson to people that worked in administrative staff. They were extremely rude.

Thorough but efficient! Questions were pretty standard, and were meant to bring the best out of the candidate. The interviewers were very kind and seem to truly have the students best interest at heart.

Entrevista
First interview over the phone and I got invited a day after to a second interview. During my presentation I realized the supervisors had no idea what I was talking about. I guess they have poor knowledge and even don't know how to read music. They told me they had no placement for me since they wouldn't know how and where to use my knowledge. I was shocked. The secretary was very nice though.
