After HR phone screening, I was scheduled for in-person interviews with HR, the Director of Operations, head of account services, and a head scientific writer. Each meeting lasted around 30 minutes.

There was an initial phone screen with HR. A few days later I received an email with instructions for a writing assignment. The instructions for the writing assignment were very vague and I had two days to complete it. I received an email about two weeks after submitting the assignment saying they went with someone else.
