Entrevista
Group interview for a full day with all the candidates broken into teams testing how you work with others on various job related tasks. This is followed by an in-person interview the next day with 2 Residence Directors who may, or may not, become your boss.

Entrevista
Informal group interview process. That involved being broken up into groups and put into challenges to see what each person had in terms of creativity, responsibility and leadership. Then individual interviews the following day.
