I’ve Interviewed with Educators for Excellence 3x. Each time, despite mentioning previous experiences, it was like starting from scratch. The process is rigorous and afte 3 unique interview processes, it’s become clear that they don’t really know what they’re looking for and might just be on a constant search for talent. I made it to the final round the first two times and withdrew the third time before starting the process again. The second time I interviewed my best friend was also interviewing. He is a white man and didn’t even want the job lol and I helped him write his take home assignment. He got the offer over me despite having less experience in New York where the role would’ve been based
