So far the interview process has been very on point. No unnecessary interviews. Interview with peers. The culture of the company seems pretty relaxed so the interview was more of a conversation than a test.

Entrevista
The first round was a behavioral on campus. The second round was super day at the office with five or so behavioral interviews. No case interviews. Lots of questions are very redundant so be ready to have a lot of examples for projects.

Entrevista
The person conducting the interview seemed bored and uninterested. They kept checking their watch while I was answering their questions. I felt insignificant and like I had wasted my time. I was really excited about my interview and felt extremely disappointed afterward.

Tell me a time you had to present something to an audience when you had no clue what you were talking about
Thank you for taking the time to write Educe a review on Glassdoor. It’s important for us to hear what we need to improve on. We’re sorry to hear that your interview experience was less than satisfactory. It’s never our intention to make a candidate feel insignificant or that we’re not interested. Sometimes we have multiple candidates meeting with 2-3 interviewers back-to-back, which is primarily due to scheduling constraints. Our interviewers try to be mindful of everyone’s time so that they don’t run over or shortchange anyone, but we can see where checking the time more than once can be misconstrued as uninterested or distracting. We will certainly use this feedback going forward to make improvements in our interview process and ensure our interview experience is positive for everyone.
