Entrevista
Hiring and interview were straightforward, relaxed, not a lot of pressure and they responded to all my questions. They had a good atmosphere, showed me around the office, introduced me to people and explained the position thoroughly.

Entrevista
It was a good meeting with the QA team. Apparently this is a completely new team, as it was handled through the client and Business team which was a system of revolving chairs with clearly set roles to appear more organized. It's all fun and games. Then if something goes wrong, no responsibility.

Entrevista
I interviewed with another software engineer. We just talked about what they use and if I am okay doing these things. She was looking for a fit more than experience. There were some technical questions, but they were looking for a very junior person whom they could train. I maintained a humble attitude and they seemed to like it.

There is a lot to learn when you start getting used to our CMS system, but once you're comfortable with it, the job might not be as challenging as you might expect it to be. How will you deal with it in that situation?
