I applied and received an email the next day to set up a phone interview, which took place a week after. I was then emailed a link to a website where I would have to list 5 references. A week later I had an in-person interview.

Easy, found the hiring event on Indeed and they were very nice and interested in what I had to say. Only reason I did not take the position is because it was not in my preferred floor.

Filled out an application and was given an interview within the week. The interview was with the head of the department and two clinical leaders. After the interview I was given a tour. I received an offer a few days later.
