Behavioral/Technical Interview: Behavioral questions aim to understand how candidates approach challenges and collaborate within a team. Technical Interview involves in-depth technical discussions with one or more experienced engineers. 3. Offer and negotiations: if the candidate successfully passes all the stages, the company offers the job.

Entrevista
Questions related to background, professional experience and fitness for the position, psychological testing. Salary and conditions discussed in great detail. I wish I had asked about the base salary prior to the interview, although the job and the team seem great and lots of things are flexible.
