The interview was attended by someone else than the designated person. The questions were all over the place. The hiring manager was "fishing" for ideas from other organization. Be careful not too share too much information about your current company, processes, etc. Answered all the questions, and was supposed to get an update. Multiple followups were made to get an interview update, but no response on call, email or whatsapp.
