I appeared for the online test at my college. It consists of 65 question of technical paper and 150 questions IQ test. Half of the questions in the technical papers are very easy, some are difficult. The IQ test consists of very easy questions like is "fkdjflsfjf" same as "fkdjflsfjf". Just practice some circuit theory problems before attempting. I shortlisted for TR round conducted at my college after three days. They just test your technical knowledge.They will start at diodes and rectifiers and continue to ask up to your knowledge in each subject. I have interviewed for one and half hour. They asked fliplops, assembly level programming, c programming question. In TR only 3 members are shortlisted for final rounds at Vijayawada. Total interview experience is good.
After few days i received sms from company for final rounds at vijayawada in December. We need to reach their office in vijayavada at 7:30 am. They gave breakfast. They started following rounds.
Self assessment test of three papers : Two papers with questions like "which can you better understand, maps or written matter ", "Will you prefer book or your colleague for doubts ? Be yourself and feel like an enthusiastic gentle man to answer the questions. One paper is simple reasoning questions of missing diagram.
Technical subject tests of three papers:
1. High level aptitude, design coffee vending machine
2. Design combination circuits based on given conditions, bcd to binary converter
3. Assembly language programs for 4digit bcd to hexadecimal, program for lighting four leds and shuffling 8 bytes of memory data in a pattern
You will be called in the middle of other tests to give explanation for what you write in the above tests. I didn't answered correct answer for all questions. They just want to know how you are thinking towards application of your knowledge. Coming to programming they will consider your logic and nothing about syntax. It is not mandatory to face any interview in English. We can speak in telugu.

After all they told 2 candidates are selected out of 8. I am one of them. They told about package and training. They sent to hospital for medical tests.
Medical tests : bp, sugar, x ray, blood test, urine, weight, height, color blindness, eye sight test
After a week i got an offer letter through mail.
Overall experience is ok.
After all i found that we need great patience because it takes about 12 hr
