It was a 4-step process:
1. interview with a human resources person;
2. interview with 2 people from the area who would supposedly be hired;
3. I received a project to do in a week and then I presented it;
4. talk to key people like the vice president of product.

Entrevista
Short version:
I've experienced an unprecedent level of unprofessionalism, as I was ghosted even after being headhunted by them and conducting three interviews with 5 different participants.
Long version:
I was headhunted by their HR, had an hour and half meeting with her. She explained the companies profile and expressed interest in having me on board and scheduled another meeting with the Sales Lead and the Agile Coach, which lasted more than the scheduled hour. After that she contacted me and shared the positive feedback along another invitation with their Tech Department lead and the Product Owner I believe, which again lasted more than the hour set for it, which in my opinion seemed to have went pretty well also. A week have passed afterwards so I decided to write the HR rep. up and ask about the next steps if any. However, it's been almost a month now without a reply to that message or an official statement from their end on the hiring status.

Entrevista
I really enjoyed the recruiting process. The recruiter was interested in me and always gave her best to answer all my question. The whole communication was very transparent and honest.
Overall it was a dynamic conversation and not just a list of questions.
