Five rounds of interviews stretched over 4 weeks. Also a personality assessment. Each interview only 30 minutes and felt rushed. Never even got a chance to get my questions answered

They asked if I had any experience selling within matrix organizations. Director suggested that he had concerns because of my Personality index -- which was nearly identical to his. Can't make this stuff up.
