5 year plan, time interdisciplinary collaboration communication failed,
First, I had a recruiter screen (phone call) followed by an interview with the hiring manager (30 min Zoom). Then, a day onsite with a research presentation and multiple group and one-on-one interviews.

HR communicated well and quickly. Had my phone interviews and face to face interviews set up quickly.
The research team that I met with were organized and had well thought out questions and insights into the company and group.
