The interview process is not well organized, as I received a phone call to set the first technical interview, and it got delayed. After the interview I asked the interviewer when I shall expect the next step even if rejected. The interviewer mentioned not more than 2 weeks. After 5 weeks I got a call to set a second technical interview but I didn't complete the process
