I met with one of the founders in the infamous bourbon room. He offered me a drink, and I denied. He, however, poured himself some liquor and drank during the interview. He seemed like someone I would not get along with longterm. We talked about my background and experience. He asked me what I knew about their company and detailed the compensation rates and what the job would entail.

Very unorganized process overall. There didn't seem to be a direction that they wanted to go in and they were essentially "winging" it. Felt like there was no cohesion in the process and they weren't sure what they wanted.
