I went to Houston for my first interview. I applied on their website. They asked me about my previous design experience, why elaine turner, simple questions. I met with two designers. They were very nice and professional. Then they asked me to create a full outfit, including shoes, apparel, handbags, and jewelry. I made a croquis with the garments. They contacted me about two weeks later to confirm and I accepted.
