3 step process: HR Phone Screen, HM Phone Call, Face to face interview on site. A brief phone call from a recruiter was followed by a longer call with the hiring manager and then a face to face interview with the hiring manager and two additional company directors. The face to face portion included a very nice summary of the available benefits.
