Took about 2 weeks to get first call back, then another 4 weeks for phone screen with department. Had onsite 2 weeks later. Took another 4+ weeks to hear back with offer. Offer wasn't that competitive and they would not budge. Ended up accepting because the current job at the time was so awful. A bit deceptive about how much bonus would actually add to salary.
