Interview process was very well organized. Interviews were on time and professional throughout the process. A lot of experience, situation based questions. Articulation of certain questions could be improved. Having a narrow minded view of certain experience may not be able to handle certain tasks without a clear understanding of the role offered is a challenge when interviewed. More experienced interviewers who could understand candidates experience in depth may help. This role requires candidate to handle large volume of work. However questions or information in that direction is not asked or queried. Interviewer was making guesses, lacked understanding and was challenged to articulate every question. Interviewer lack of experience to understand complex tasks as explained by the interviewee makes them assume interviewee will not be able to handle volume. Right questions need to be asked. So interviewer should understand how to connect the dots or ask for clarification. In-experience of interviewer is clearly seen and is shared post interview. Excellent role but not the ideal interviewer to be discussing with. Interviewer lacked patience and did not allow interviewee to finish responses. Interviewer was lost and lacked respect for interviewee.
