The tests are challenging, but applicants are weighed for what they bring, not what they are lacking. Two day interview process. Meet with both of the bosses. Talk about trading, the lifestyle and the intensity of the job. Go through a few difficult math tests and riddles. Make sure you are proficient with your math skills. Talk about the economy and any relevant markets. Talk about the training program and the employment process after that.
