Kito asked so many trick questions that had nothing to do with serving or the qualities of what a good server would need to know. They do weekly interviews so a mass amount of people show up and then you take a written test and fill out an application. Kito grades the test in front of you while he makes you tell him about yourself, I felt like he was not listening at all because he was grading this test they make you take. It was ridiculous.
