The outside third party recruiter company or firm has set up the personal interview with the EDMCI company. The president (owner) of the company itself was the main interviewer. The group supervisor was supposed to test my knowledge of PLC Ladder logic by giving me a problem scenarios and interpret it on a ladder logic program hand written on a paper, but decided not to because of my experiences on the resume. So both the Supervisor and the President were confident with my experiences. After asking how much I know about the programming language of PLC and looked at my experiences, the president showed me the whole facility. The position will require some travel of around 30 to 50% as what they explained. On the next 2 days I got an offer to work for this company which I accepted.
