I applied online directly on company's website. I got a call after month for an interview. I was interviewed in Dublin. I didn't have much experience for the role but still they had invited me for an interview. The interview panel had three members one HR and two Team Leaders. They were very supportive and friendly. Most of the questions were behavioral and competency based.
