I had to submit my portfolio first through their email. Then they wrote back to me and asked me to attend an interview in their headquarter. In the interview the manager wanted me and other interviewers to sketch and design a concept brand new. I didn’t pass the interview but one person did.

It was a phone call interview. The HR called me directly on my cellphone and asked several basic questions. It was quite a short interview and you will be informed of the next interview if you do well on this one.
