I interviewed via Glaspy Placement Agency. Before interview I was given a typing and 10-key test. Glaspy scheduled my interview with ETCC. I was hired immediately, probably within a week of the application.

The typing test is simple, but try to type at
least 35 words per minute and you
will be considered. The Hiring process is simple

Entrevista
Pretty standard interview. Asked about prior jobs. They described their use of keyboard shortcuts- getting the hang of those is the key to doing well at this job, so if you're a gamer or something (like me) and are used to using keyboard shortcuts, you've got a headstart on everyone else.
