I applied online. Brief telephone interview by HR. It took about a week to get call for onsite. Onsite interview was not difficult. Very basic database design question and asked to explain on the work flow

Entrevista
Process includes a pre-screening by a recruiter. The interview process includes a written exam which currently includes three SQL questions. Interviews are conducted by two or more peers to the position and may also include a hiring manager. The answers to the questions are reviewed by the interviewers. Additional questions may be asked associated with the test. There are no set of questions reqiured by the interviewer. Usually they will bring their own questions. Usually questions address basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
