Entrevista
First I didn't know what to expect. I didn't know a soul here, not like anyone showed me the way in. Then I got here, I felt really welcome right from the start. Office manager Yelena and a few others were very open to conversation. They showed me around, explained the culture and how things work here. In the end, I was invited in for a second visit. I was sold after that.

Entrevista
Very straight forward and professional. Elegran truly walks the talk when it comes to displaying its culture's sense of cohesiveness and vibrancy. Visiting the office was a pleasant experience - very inviting and welcoming. I met with the people operations manager and the sales manager, both were extremely helpful and open. Great communication throughout the process from all parties, well coordinated. The interview questions were comprised of past experiences and career objectives.

I don't recall any specific traditional interview questions. It was more a casual meet and greet, more like a briefing and sharing than a typical, "what was a problem you encountered in a previous job and how did you solve it?".
