HR manager was quick to put me at ease and get the interview going in an informal and friendly manner. Questions asked where direct, to the point and relevant at all times. The rest of the interview board where highly technical and competent.

The only vague question was the cliche question asking about my strengths and weaknesses which could have easily been omitted from the interview as a prepared candidate would already have a canned answer for this.
