Basic consultant interview covering academic background and experiences. Followed by motivation, and some technical questions related to energy. And finally a case study. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel at ease from the beginning.

Technical questions related to the energy mix in the UK, conversion from J to kWh. Case study: Projected number of public vehicle charging stations in 2050.
2 interviews on Teams, really wide ranging and interesting questions. Quite similar to an oxbridge style interview in that there are non-standard questions that make you be creative and show your working as well as standard consulting style questions and stuff on why you want to work there etc

How far can you launch a 1kg of flour with 1KwH of energy
Applied by sending CV and cover letter. Two interviews online with two employees each time. Friendly atmosphere, the interviews lasted about 1.5 hour. I received the offer a few days after the second interview.
