Applied online. Long 6-7 round process including: recruiter screening, technical screening and interviews with the team lead, tech lead, director, CEO, HR, etc. Questions range from specific "gotcha" trivia on their stack, high level architecture / system design, and generic behaviorals. Interviewers seem highly disinterested in the candidates - no engagement in dialogue or feedback given. Overall a negative experience that wastes a lot of time and effort.

Entrevista
After completing the entire process, they decided not to proceed further or provide feedback on the reasons for their decision. I think giving a feedback is the bare minimum, I cannot in good conscience recommend either you or anyone else to pursue opportunities with this company.
