Interview was organized well and timings were flexible to accomodate the candidate. The questions were pretty much around the position that you applied for and from past experience. The interview was conducted by various team members and members from other cross functional groups. Was very comfortable during the interview process and it was very conducive to have a good conversation. There was two phone interviews followed by two on site interviews.
The Talent Acquisition group scheduled the interview well and effectively. Was given a scenario and asked how it can be handled. Second round was mostly to meet other team members who were not available during the first on site interview.
