Interview with department Manager. Called within a week for interview. Manager was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a pleasant experience. We reviewed experience and how I previously handled cases / patients.

Applied online, contacted shortly thereafter for interview. Interview was telephonic/panel interview. Easy going interview, no difficult questions. Problem was that I received an offer that was extremely low, even though I clearly listed my salary expectations when applying. The offer came in $6000 less a year than my lowest requested salary range. No room for negotiation. Was very disappointed as I really wanted the position. I had to decline the offer. This company pays very low considering I am a seasoned RN Case Manager. Telecommuting seems like a great gig, but no thanks. I'll take my 40 minute commute to work and $1300 more a month at my current job.
