There were a lot of scenario questions as well as asking me to give specific examples of these scenarios such as "what would you do if a customer was rude to you on the phone" "give me an example of when you didn't get a long with your supervisor"

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.
