The interview was very relaxed and easy going. The interviewer knew this is an entry level position and did not expect the person being interviewed to be completely familiar with and knowledgeable of all of the technologies and practices. Instead the main focus was to assess the person being interviewed as a person and how well he or she would fit in with the team and succeed in the environment.
