The interview format was PANEL and it was simple and professional. Some of the questions were technical and others were situational. Most of the questions focused on the project the team will be working on and how you can contribute to the project and deliver results and improve customer satisfaction overall.

I was actually employed by a staffing firm to work for WellPoint's (Anthem) implementation partner UST Global. They set up my interview. I had two interviews with UST Global. One was skype interview and second one was on phone.
