I applied online, 2days later received the assessment. After I completed the assessment I waited a week and half and was given a link to schedule my phone interview. This is were it get interesting. I spoke to a women who called 30 mins behind schedule time. She had my resume and went over the things I had done. She then asked me to tell her about and experience where I went the extra step to satisfy the customer. I told her but she did not understand and asked me to repeat it multiple times (6) and kept getting the info wrong. It was frustrating because she is transcribing what I am saying and screwing up details. She asked other questions but it was a headache to speak to her because they outsource to India or something for their H.R. people and she COULD NOT GRASP WHAT I WAS SAYING. She said she will refer my app to the Hiring Manager so I’m still waiting.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
